The STMicroelectronics STEVAL-IDB011V2 evaluation platform is designed to develop and test Bluetooth low-power applications using BlueNRG-LP low-power system-on-chip. The platform combines BlueNRG-LP with inertial and ambient MEMS sensors, digital MEMS microphones, various interface buttons and leds.

     The BlueNRG-LP features a 64MHz 32-bit ArmCortex-M0+ core, a 256KB programmable flash memory, and a 64KB SRAM, an MPU and a wide range of peripherals (6 PWM, 2 I2C, 2 SPI/I2S, SPI, USART, UART, PDM and 12-bit ADC SAR). The device complies with Bluetooth  low power specifications and supports active, slave, and synchronous master-slave modes. In addition, the BlueNRG-LP features such as data length extension, 2Mbps, long distance, extended ads and scanning, periodic ads, synchronous transmission of periodic ads, LE L2CAP connection guide channel, and LE power control and path loss monitoring.

     The STM STEVAL-IDB011V2 evaluation platform provides sophisticated application development and testing flexibility through serial communication with the PC and three power options (USB-only, battery-only, external power).
