Texas Instruments HDC302x/ HDC302X-Q1 Digital Humidity sensors are integrated capacitive relative humidity (RH) and temperature sensors. It comes in a compact 2.5mm x 2.5mm package that provides high precision measurement over a wide power range (1.62V to 5.5V) with ultra-low power consumption. The temperature and humidity sensors are 100% tested and adjusted in a NIST-traceable production environment and verified with equipment that complies with ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
Offset error correction can reduce the offset of relative humidity sensors due to aging, exposure to extreme working environments and pollutants, thus bringing the device back to the precision specification. Automatic measurement mode and ALERT features minimize MCU sleep time for battery iot applications, thereby reducing system power consumption. Four different I2C addresses support speeds up to 1MHz. A heating element is provided to dissipate condensation and moisture.
Texas Instruments HDC3020/HDC3020-Q1 is an open-chamber package without a protective cover. A cover option is available in both device models to protect the open chamber relative humidity sensor (HDC3021/HDC3020-Q1 and HDC3022/HDC3021-Q1). HDC3021/HDC 3021-Q1 features a removable guard strap for conformal coating and PCB flushing. HDC3022/HDC3022-Q1 features a permanent IP67 filter membrane for dust and water resistance as well as PCB flushing. HDC 3020-Q1 devices comply with AEC-Q100 standards for automotive applications
