Vishay Intertechnology has introduced three new series of 130 A to 300 A three-phase bridge power modules in an ultra-thin MTC package to improve reliability for heavy-duty industrial applications.130 A VS-131MT... C, 160 A VS-161MT... C and 300 A VS-301MT... Cseries modules are suitable for welders, switching power supplies, plasma cutting, industrial battery charging and motor control line frequency input rectification. Packaged devices are robustly designed to meet the needs of these applications, and their high thermal conductivity MTC packages provide excellent thermal performance.

     The three series power modules are equipped with easy screw connectors to help reduce assembly time and block voltages of 1600 V and 1800 V respectively. Device isolation voltage to 3600 VRMS, low forward voltage of 1.54 V, crust thermal resistance of only 0.038  C/W. Designed and certified for industrial applications, RoHS compliant solutions and UL E78996 certified.
