Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. announced the launch of three small dimensions 0603, 0805 and 0806 -- iHP-0603Zh-01, IHP-0805Zh-01 and IHP-0806Zh-01, Expand its IHHP series of ultra-thin, high-current power inductors. Vishay Dale IHP-0603ZH-01, IHP-0805ZH-01 and IHP-0806ZH-01 feature low DCR, low core loss, and a maximum height of only 0.8 mm for Internet of Things (IoT) devices and portable electronics to save space and improve efficiency.

     The device is suitable for DC/DC converters and power modules in laptops, tablets, Internet of Things and other handheld battery-powered electronic devices. Power inductors use magnetic alloy, low noise, magnetic shielding to prevent interference generated by peripheral devices.

     Ihp-0603zh-01, IHP-0805zh-01, and IHP-0806zh-01 have maximum DCR as low as 24 mΩ, saturation current as high as 5.2 A, and temperature rise current as high as 4.9 A. The device operates at -55 °C to +125 °C and is packaged in a 100 % lead-free (Pb) iron powder alloy composite shield structure conforming to RoHS standards.
