EnglishThe ADGM1144 is a wideband, single-pole four-throw (SP4T) switch using ADI Microelectromechanical System (MEMS) switching technology. The technology enables small size, wide RF bandwidth, high linearity, and low plug loss switches that can operate at frequencies as low as 0 Hz/DC, making it an ideal solution to meet the switching needs of a variety of RF and precision equipment.
The integrated driver chip generates a high voltage for an electrostatic driven switch that can be controlled by a parallel interface and a serial peripheral interface (SPI). All four switches can be independently controlled through a simple and flexible complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS)/ low voltage transistor to Transistor logic (LVTTL) compatible parallel interface.
The ADGM1144 incorporates the 10 MΩ resistor needed to avoid floating nodes. These integrated 10 MΩ resistors save circuit board space and eliminate floating nodes on the switch. To ensure optimal operation of the ADGM1144, please refer to the Critical Operation Requirements section of the specification.Multiple ADGM1144 devices can be Daisy chained together to configure multiple devices using minimal digital wiring. The EVAL-ADGM1144SDZ is an evaluation board for ADGM1144 dual chip RF switching solutions
