     Move-X MAMWLExx is a low-power LoRaWAN radio module based on the STMicroelectronics STM32WLEx microcontroller. It is powered by a 32-bit Arm Cortex-M4 with a clock rate of up to 48 MHz, paired with up to 64 kB SRAM and 256 kB flash memory. The module has embedded low-power sub-GHz radios for LoRa®, (G)FSK, (G)MSK, and BPSK in the 868 MHz to 915 MHz band (with output power of up to +22 dBm), Two onboard power amplifiers maximize power efficiency at different transmit powers (programmable in steps of 1 dB in 32 steps), as well as high-quality 32 MHz TCXOs and RF-matched networks to ensure excellent stability during transmission.


     The MAMWLExx module is designed to be easily integrated into any PCB that offers the following assembly styles: antenna connection via an onboard U.F.L coaxial connector, which eliminates the need to deal with RF signals on the applied PCB, or antenna connection via 50 ohm pins for PCB antenna, SMA connectors, etc.


     With 37 GPIOs, a small package (15.5 mm x 16.5 mm LGA) and a large number of peripherals, the MAMWLE is designed for any application board. It offers I²C, SPI, I²S, LPUART, USART 12-channel 12-bit (up to 16-bit) ADCs, SAR ADCs, a full suite of low-power comparators and timers, DMA, 12-bit Dacs, and watchdog. These functions can be used and multiplexed simultaneously to optimize PCB wiring, thanks to flexible leadouts.
