Infineon Technologies AG announced the launch of its new AIROC BLE and 802.15.4 family of products to help companies quickly bring high performance, low power Matter products to market. Infineon AIROC CYW30739 BLE and 802.15.4 System on Chip (SoC) Reliable, secure and scalable low power device connectivity solutions for the smart home. The powerful combination of BLE and 802.15.4 complements each other to enhance the performance of smart home products through seamless interoperability, while enabling end-to-end encrypted communication between devices on the Matter network.


     Infineon AIROC CYW30739BLE and 802.15.4 Systems on a chip feature low-power wireless connectivity. As a key component of low power multiprotocol systems, the connection performance of this radio is very stable. More importantly, it provides superior RF performance for strong connectivity and the best user experience without interruption of the connection. Low power consumption supports applications that require higher battery life, such as smart home, smart building, and smart lighting. These design processes and process technologies are highly efficient and can effectively reduce the operating and standby power consumption of the equipment.


     AIROC CYW30739 has a reception sensitivity of -95.5dBm LE Rx and -103.5dBm 802.15.4, enabling reliable remote Bluetooth and multi-protocol connectivity. This smart coexistence enables seamless interaction between a large number of connected devices, ultimately providing a better user experience for the smart home. The 96 MHz Arm®Cortex®-M4 integrated microcontrol unit with floating-point arithmetic unit provides high performance computing and a highly optimized memory system across flash memory, RAM, and ROM.
