Texas Instruments TLV3603 and TLV3603-Q1 (Car) are 325 MHz high-speed comparators with rail-to-rail input and a propagation delay of 2.5 ns. The combination of fast response and wide operating voltage range makes it suitable for narrow signal pulse detection, data and clock recovery applications in lidar, rangefinder and line receivers.
