TDK's RoboKit combines sensors, processors and actuators in one board, making it an ideal robotic platform for rapid prototyping and development. RoboKit integrates key products such as 6-axis IMUs, industrial IMUs modules, capacitive barometric sensors, digital I²S microphones, temperature sensors, ultrasonic time of flight (ToF) sensors, magnetometers and motor controllers on a single PCB.

     The Open source board comes with ROS drivers and algorithms, making it an ideal platform for ROS enthusiasts, educational institutions, and numerous robotics developers. The RoboKit platform also provides out-of-the-box integrated software solutions such as obstacle detection, floor type detection, cliff detection (not suitable for RVC applications), and dynamic heading detection.

     Going a step further, the TDK has also enabled machine learning keyword recognition for applications that want to integrate voice commands (currently requiring a Raspberry Pi plug-in). The product features a complete TDK_RoboKit1-DK SKUs and 3D-printed case with sockets to connect ToF sensors, IM-46230 industrial IMU modules, metal plate chassis, bracket, wheels and motors, on/off switches, And the ESP32 BLD module for Bluetooth connectivity.
