     Abracon's AST3TDA/AST3TDA53 Temperature-controlled Oscillator (TCXO) family provides reliable, high-precision timing operation in a compact shape for emerging 5G applications facing higher performance requirements and space constraints.

     AST3TDA and AST3TDA53 devices are well suited to meet the design requirements of 5G infrastructure applications, such as macro stations (AAU, DU/CU), small base stations (micro, pico, nanopico), and Wi-Fi 6/6E networks.

     The increasing demand for data capacity from connected cloud-driven technologies is driving the densification of 5G networks. These evolving telecommunications and networking devices require components that can support higher quality of service (QoS) requirements over a wider operating temperature range, while reducing increasing pressure on board space.

     Ultra precision reference oscillators are designed to provide superior frequency stability (below ±100 ppb) over a wide range of operating temperatures (-40ºC to +105ºC) for emerging 5G-centric systems. In addition, Abracon has optimized the configuration of these solutions to simultaneously provide state-of-the-art, near-end phase noise performance. For example, the AST3TDA53 series exhibits ±280 ppb temperature stability and a better than -150 dBc/ Hz@10kHz offset in a miniature 5.0 mm x 3.2 mm package. The AST3TDA series maintains frequency stability up to ±50 ppb in package sizes of 7.0 mm x 5.0 mm x 2.2 mm.
