Texas Instruments' REF70 is a voltage reference with ultra-low noise (0.23 ppmpp), an extremely low temperature drift coefficient (2 ppm/°C), and a high accuracy (±0.025%). The REF70 provides high PSRR, low pressure drop, and excellent load and line regulation to help meet stringent transient requirements. This combination of accuracy and characteristics is designed for applications such as test and measurement, where high-precision benchmarks are paired with precision, high-resolution data converters such as the ADS8900B, ADS127L01, and DAC11001A to achieve optimal performance in the signal chain.

     The REF70 is designed for noise-sensitive medical applications, such as ultrasound and X-ray, to enable low noise measurements with an analog front end. These devices are available in VSSOP and LCCC packages. LCCC (FKH) is an airtight ceramic package that provides a long-term low drift package for applications requiring long-term stable reference without calibration.
