     The Texas Instruments TPS3899-Q1 is a nanopower precision voltage monitor in a space-saving 6-pin 1.5 mm x 1.5 mm WSON package with ±0.5% threshold accuracy and programmable sensing and reset time delays. This feature-rich voltage monitor offers an ultra-small overall solution size. Built-in hysteresis and programmable delay prevent false reset signals when monitoring power voltage or button signals. Separate VDD and SENSE pins allow high reliability systems to seek redundancy. SENSE is decoupled from VDD and monitors power supply voltages beyond VDD. The SENSE pin's high impedance input supports the optional use of external resistors.

     CTS and CTRS provide delay adjustability at the rising and falling edges of the RESET signal. The CTS act as a debuffer by ignoring voltage burrs of the monitored supply voltage and operate as a manual reset that forces system reset. Precise performance, best-in-class features, and compact form factor make the TPS3899-Q1 an ideal solution for a variety of automotive and battery powered/low power applications. The device has a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C (TA).
