Thomas Research Products has introduced a new, feature-rich family of programmable LED drivers under the SelectSYNC name. These cost competitive models offer a variety of new power solutions for smart lighting devices.

     The SelectSYNC series includes a variety of form factor and power programmable LED drivers to meet most OEM needs. Initial model products include 25 W, 30 W, 40 W, 50 W and 75 W power ranges, including indoor and outdoor applications. Each model is marketed as a P class to improve speed to market for customers. The control-ready version features auxiliary output power for a wide range of sensors and devices.

     With configurable output current, TRP's new drivers offer an array of advanced dimming options. They all include 0 V to 10 V dimming, while some models offer timing dimming and even DALI dimming. Most models offer dimming off. Other model-specific features include controllable NTC Thermal Collapsible, cavity maintenance, and standby mode.

     A major benefit of the SelectSYNC series is a better experience with programming drivers on the production line. TRP's universal configuration software features an advanced graphical user interface (GUI) design to simplify manufacturing environments. The Configurator includes a programming stand that handles wired, USB, and NFC programming for all models.

     The configurator will be forward compatible and as easy to use as the new SelectSYNC model added to the product line.
