     TDK-Lambda 300 W, 8,  12.5 One,20 and rated i7C non-isolated DC/DC converters have input ranges of 9 V (DC) 36 V (DC) or 9 V (DC) 53 V (DC), with outputs that can be adjusted from 5 V to 28,8 V, 24 V, 9.6V to 48 V. All models are IEC/UL/EN 62368-1 and 60950-1 certified and carry CE marking for low voltage and RoHS instructions.

The product's topology enables a seamless transition from step-down (voltage reduction) to step-up (voltage increase) operations. The i7C is ideal for generating additional high power output from existing 12v, 24v, 36v or 48v system voltages in medical, communications, industrial, test and measurement, and battery-powered devices.

Efficiency is up to 97%, power loss is minimized, allowing the product to operate in demanding thermal environments and provide high available power. Under light load conditions, the i7C control technology significantly reduces power consumption. Under zero load conditions, the typical input current is 5ma. This can be reduced to 0.25mA when using a remote switch to put the device in standby mode, extending the amount of time the battery-powered device remains functional during off-peak operation.

Basic feature models include output voltage regulation pins, positive or negative logic remote on/off, positive remote control, plus input undervoltage, overcurrent and thermal protection. Full-featured models are equipped with good power signals, output current monitoring, and the ability to synchronize operating frequencies to minimize system noise.

The i7C converter is 34 mm x 36.8 mm and follows the industry standard 1/16 brick pin. The 8a and 12.5A modules are available in three mechanical configurations, including an open frame model with a low 12.2mm height, a baseboard structure for conduction cooling, or an integrated radiator convection or forced air cooling environment. The 20a module uses an open frame model with a height of 14.7mm. The i7C's design reduces the number of external components, saving on cost and board space.
