STMicroelectronics' dual 20mhz bandwidth unified gain stabilization amplifiers are ideal for low-side current measurements
0
STMicroelectronics' TSV7722 is a series of dual 20mhz bandwidth unit-gain stabilized amplifiers. At room temperature, the input bias voltage is 200 μV max (50 μV typp.) The optimized common mode approach makes it an ideal choice for low side current measurement.

The TSV7722 can operate from 1.8V to 5.5V on a single power supply with a load of 47pf, making it convenient to use as an input buffer for a /D converters. It provides rail-to-rail output, an excellent speed/power ratio, and a 20 MHz gain bandwidth, while consuming only 1.7 mA at 5 V. The device also has ultra-low input bias current and can be connected to photodiodes and other sensors where current is the key value for measurement.
