Metral HDXS is a cable to board connector designed for high-end telecommunications applications, including telecommunications access equipment (ADSL/VDSL) and base stations. The Metral HDXS is designed with a minimum guaranteed gap and leakage distance to meet ANSI requirements for overvoltage resistance up to 2500V. It is very suitable for ADSL/VDSL, harsh environments and other demanding telecommunications applications that require high-density cable to board interfaces.

     Metral HDXS provides interconnection for differential pairs with very low crosstalk. Designed according to IEC 61076-4-104, Metral HDXS meets the performance requirements of Telcordia GR-1217-CORE. It has a 6-row version of the right angle head with crimp and pin in adhesive terminals and cable connectors. The cable connector kit can be installed in the field.
