     STM32G0B1xB/xC/xE mainstream microcontroller is based on high-performance Arm Cortex-M0+32-bit RISC core, and its operating frequency is up to 64 MHz. They provide a high level of integration for a wide range of applications in consumer, industrial and household appliances, and are ready for Internet of Things (IoT) solutions. The device includes a memory protection unit (MPU), high-speed embedded memory (144kbytes SRAM and up to 512kbytes flash program memory, with read protection, write protection, proprietary code protection and security area), DMA, extensive system functions, enhanced I/O and peripherals.

     The device provides standard communication interfaces (three i2c, three spis/two i2, one HDMI CEC, one full speed USB, two FD canisters, and six USARTs), a 12 bit ADC (2.5 members) up to 19 channels, a 12 bit DAC and two channels, three high-speed comparators, an internal reference voltage buffer, low power RTC, an advanced PWM control timer running at dual CPU frequency, six general-purpose 16 bit timers and one running at dual CPU frequency, One 32-bit universal timer, two basic timers, two low-power 16 bit timers, two watchdog timers, and one SysTick timer.

     The device provides a fully integrated USB type c power delivery controller. The optimized dynamic consumption combines a comprehensive set of power saving modes, low-power timers and low-power UARTs, allowing the design of low-power applications. The VBAT direct battery input allows the RTC and backup registers to remain powered. These devices have 32 to 100 pins. Some low pin count packages have two pin outputs (standard and optional are represented by the "N" suffix). The products marked with the N suffix provide VDDIO2 power supply and additional UCPD ports instead of standard pins, so these are better choices for UCPD/USB applications.
