XP Power's LCE80 series convection cooled 80w, 4 "x 2" open frame power supply provides a wide range of solutions for lighting, display, industrial electronics, and ITE, and delivers excellent power density, constant voltage, and constant current operation. The LCE80 series power supply provides limited power supply of 12v and above, Class C harmonic current for loads of 50w and above, Class I and Class II operation, and a wide input voltage range of 90v (AC) to 305v (AC).

The LCE80 series comes in 10 different models with DC outputs of 5 V, 12 V, 15 V, 20 V, 24 V, 30 V, 36 V, 42V, 48 V, or 54 V. There is an onboard balance pot providing ±10% output voltage adjustment. They have an input voltage range of 90v (AC) to 305v (AC) and are available at 90v (AC) full load. Input to output isolation 3kv (AC), input to ground 1.5kV (AC), output to ground 1.5kV (AC). The efficiency is up to 89.9%, and the input power is less than 0.5W in no-load operation. At 230 V(AC), the leakage current is usually 280µA.

The LCE80 is suitable for Class I and Class II installations with short circuit, overvoltage protection (OVP) and overload protection (OLP). Standards include EN55032 Class B conduction and radiation emissions; EMC immunity adopts EN55035, EN61547, EN61000-4-2/3/4/5/6/8/11; It is suitable for EN61000-3-2 class C harmonic current of 50w and above load. Safety certifications include CB IEC62368-1 (ITE), IEC60950-1 (ITE), UL62368-1 (ITE), TUV EN62368-1 (ITE), EN61347(lighting) and UL8750(lighting).

The overall dimensions are 4.0 "x 2.0" x 1.1 "(101.6 mm x 50.8 mm x 27.9 mm). Operating temperature range is -40°C to +70°C with full power available from -30°C(-40°C high line) to +50°C. The MTBF is 300 khrs (MIL-HDBK-217F, note 2, +25°C GB), and the working height is up to 5000 m.
