Skyworks Solutions' SKY68031-11 multi-band RF IoT front-end module. The low-rise module supports LTE-M and NB-IoT transceiver platforms with an output power of up to + 23.5dBm and is optimized to support 1 to 6 LTE resource blocks (RB).

     The Skyworks Solutions SKY68031-11 module integrates a complete RF front end, It can support LTE multi-band radio operation in low frequency band (5, 8, 12, 13, 14, 17, 18, 19, 20, 26, 28, 85) and medium frequency band (1, 2, 3, 4, 25, 39, 66, 70). This product has a wideband power amplifier (PA) with bias controller, Tx low pass harmonic filter, antenna switch and MIPI RFFE controller.

     The PA load line of this module is optimized, which not only has high efficiency, but also meets 3GPP ACLR and spectrum emission mask measurement index when LTE occupies up to 6 RB. The integrated low-pass filter can suppress the harmonics of the power amplifier and transceiver, while minimizing the loss of the rear power amplifier to optimize the transmission power consumption. This module has excellent out of band transmission performance, in line with low and middle band 3GPP standards.
