     Diodes introduced DGD0579U high side and low side grid drivers. This high-frequency device is built with bootstrap diode, which can drive two N-channel MOSFETs commonly used to control motors and DC-DC power transmission in a half bridge configuration. It can lock the application projects of high power products such as wireless electric tools, electric bicycles and automatic robot equipment, which can improve efficiency and reduce volume, and meet the increasing market requirements.

     The 100V floating high side driver of DGD0579U makes it more flexible for demanding high-power product applications. Short propagation delay (usually 60ns) and delay matching (within 10ns) can improve switching speed and reduce dead time, creating a smaller and more efficient power system.

     The device is directly built with advanced MOSFET protection mechanism. Compared with the traditional stand-alone solution, this improves system reliability, optimizes the use of circuit board space, and further reduces the number of components. These mechanisms include preventing cross conduction, which can avoid simultaneous conduction of high side and low side MOSFET; And undervoltage lockout (UVLO), which can be used to solve potential power loss.

     DGD0579U has a startup pin for power management and an ultra-low (<1 μ A) Standby current helps to extend the battery operation time. DGD0579U is compatible with the control signal from the microcontroller and PWM controller IC, and supports TTL and CMOS logic level input (as low as 3.3V). The DGD0579U grid driver is packaged in a compact W-DFN3030-10 package, with a floor area of 3mm x 3mm and an overall height of 0.75mm.
