TDK provides a miniaturized common mode filter for high-speed differential transmission of automobiles

     TDK Company has developed KCZ1210DH series common mode filters suitable for automotive applications. This series provides the noise control function for the high-speed differential transmission signal line of the automobile with the shell size of 1210 (1.25 x 1.0 x 0.5 mm). With the increase of advanced driving assistance systems, the demand for forward sensing cameras and panoramic surveillance video systems is growing rapidly. As a noise suppression product, the common mode filter is used in the signal circuit of autonomous vehicle camera. In order to process large capacity video signals, the signal transmission rate will continue to increase to build a safe and reliable auto drive system.

     The product supports high-speed signals with transmission rate of more than 10Gbps. In addition, due to the increase in speed, the product can also help control noise in the GHz band. By supporting the working temperature range of - 55 º C to+125 º C and using conductive resin based electrodes, the product can control the gap caused by thermal shock, while increasing the durability of resistance to mechanical stress (such as substrate strain). Overall dimension is 1.25 (long) ×  1.0 (width) ×  0.5 mm (height), which can save the installation space of plates.
