It has high shock pulse and vibration transmission capacity, and can provide clear tactile feedback in noisy environments

     The automobile grade IHPT-1411AF-ABA is an electromagnetic device, which can convert electric energy into mechanical pulse or vibration signal for touch operation, and control it through the change of input voltage amplitude and duty cycle. The touch coil assembly generates a magnetic field under the excitation of DC voltage pulse to adsorb the installed moving magnetic core. After power failure, the magnetic core will return to its original position under the action of the customer's spring assembly or elastic material.

     The fast response time of the device is less than 5 ms, which can produce a variety of high resolution (HD) tactile effects, and the maximum operating voltage is 16 V. The operating temperature of this touch feedback actuator can reach+105 ° C, which is ideal for harsh environments. The device is applicable to automobile instrument panel, center console, human-machine interface touch screen, and can provide tactile feedback for electronic gearbox, steering wheel, seat and other on-board control systems.

     The IHPT-1411AF-ABA framework and core components are simple in structure, which is convenient for designers to adjust the return spring configuration layout, and are integrated with the display firmware, without the need for additional shells. In addition, the device's operating voltage as low as 12 V eliminates the need for additional high-voltage power supplies for other technologies.      The device can drive 0.5 kg load to achieve 6 g acceleration under 12 V and 5 ms pulse conditions; Similar technologies can only drive loads from 0.1 kg to 0.2 kg to this level. The inductance of the drive coil is 1.8 mH, the typical DC resistance (DCR) is 0.95 W, and the insulation withstand voltage between the coil and the magnetic core is 150 VDC. The new actuators meet RoHS and Vishay green standards, are halogen-free, and are terminated with 100% solder dipping standard leads.
