Board-to-board connectors are used to electrically connect two separate boards, including a first connector connected to the board and an adapter connector connected to the first connector, where the first connector has a body connected to the first end of the board and housing the first end. The adapter has a second end and a second end body. The two expansion ends of the second end can be plugged into the first end respectively and conduct the first connector set on the two boards. When an open-circuit fault occurs in a board-to-board connector, it may be caused by broken cables, poor connector contact, or loose connector terminals. Since wires rarely break in the middle, most of them break at the junction. Therefore, during the inspection process, it is necessary to carefully check whether the wires at the sensor and the junction are loose and have poor contact. Poor contact leads to an open circuit failure of a board-to-board connector, usually due to corrosion of the connector terminals, external dirt entering the terminals or connecting sockets, resulting in a drop in contact pressure. At this point, just remove the board-to-board connector and reinsert it to change the connection status and restore normal contact.
